30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return

- Get Approval: We'll review your request and send return instructions within 1-2 business days
- Ship It Back: Pack your item securely and ship using the provided return label
- Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for defective items or shipping errors. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest service.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@motkit.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
